  We just left there yesterday. We really had a great time! The beach area was beautiful and the water was crystal clear. We met Jack and Janet. They are really nice! Be sure to sign up online for free shot of rum. We loved the food and drinks. I don't know what other people are expecting when they say the prices are high. You should expect prices a little higher on an island. Maybe they should stay on the boat. We had a very good time there and nice to meet you Jack and Janet. Oh, and the girls loved the dogs!

  I'm not a crazy animal lover but if you are this is the place for you because they had like 4 different dogs on the property begging for food as you eat. This place was highly recommended by the locals to eat at so we stopped here first on our stop off the cruise. The place is kind of hard to spot we had to ask for directions.w padded it twice. Not much parking. The waiter seemed nice at first. He offered us a few shot because we were referred. That was nice. The menu is misleading. The amount of food you get and the price you pay is ridiculous. I got fried shrimp and I assumed it came with a side automatically because most meals do. No. $22 for 10 medium fried shrimp and $6 extra for fries. Nothing spectacular about the fries or the drinks or the shrimp. The jerk chicken was good. We could have easily gotten everything at a chicken spot for under 25 dollars but they charged us 160. We didn't even order that many drinks they were weak. Plus it was too hot to be drinking and driving all over the island. The credit card machine wasnt working for one card but it took my friends card the second time they swiped for partial payment. I payed my part in cash. She got home and checked her account and they charged her the full amount and then the partial amount. We disputed this with our bank thank God. The beach in front of the shack was very nice and quiet. Will never come back here. Next time well go to Margaritaville instead. It's really not worth it at all.

  Such a great little spot! When you get off the cruise ship at the dock, breeze right past the chairs on the beach closest and head for Jack’s. The food is fantastic, the drinks are strong & it is not crowded to sit by the beach in front of the restaurant- they even have lounge chairs and umbrellas. We loved the conch fritters, jerk chicken, and rum punch! I can’t wait to return!

  This place is a tiny gem! The drinks were great, the jerk chicken....dreaming of when we will go back and have more! The owners and staff were helpful and pleasant. The beach was clean and enjoyable. The lounge chairs were definitely "previously loved" but they did the job.

  We were on a cruise so we did not have a chance to eat at Jacks... But I would highly recommend that you go there to hire the boat to take you over to see the stingrays at Aquaholics. We had a great time and the captain is the stingray whisper and knows all the stingrays by name! Well worth paying for a semi-private tour rather than the high prices of the cruise ships.
