::Best spot for drinks on North Caicos. Food is OK but the scenery makes up for it.

::Barracuda bar and grill is the bar/pub of the Pelican Beach Hotel. The path to it, unmarked as so many things in TCI are, is on the right side of the parking lot as you face the ocean. The place is tiny, three tables and 3 stools at the bar. But the staff is friendly and outgoing, and the food was tasty and fresh. The place is not unlike North Caicos itself: small, relaxed, informal, a bit off the beaten path, a bit rough around the edges maybe, but a breath of fresh air, well worth the trip. Hours are noon until 9ish, but they're not slaves to the clock, they stay as long as the clientele is there, then they close up and go home.
