::Best dining on Grand Turk, hands down. Even better--the prices are reasonable. Dylan, the chef, does a masterful job of infusing traditional Asian dishes with a French Caribbean twist using local ingredients. Each dish is beautifully presented, adorned with with artfully sculpted plantain chips or lacey onion threads. We particularly enjoyed Dylan's take on spring rolls (the Shrimp Roulet) and the spicy Thai snapper. For local flavors, try the conch ceviche or conch curry. There are vegan and vegetarian options available, though seafood is the main attraction. Service was good, and both Katrina (the owner) and Shelby (our waitress) treated us with insights into island life. We ate here numerous times over a couple of weeks of scuba and relaxation, preferring it to all others. Closed Tuesdays.

::We loved this restaurant! We went multiple times while on Grand Turk, they are so nice and friendly, even the chef came by to say hi each time we went for dinner. Food is delicious, drinks are great, attractive and relaxing environment.

::Restaurant is excellent best on the island. Extensive vegan menu. Owners are so nice and chatted with us all night. Open air dining is nice. They take cards and are closed on Tuesdays.

::Katrina was an exceptional host during our stay at the inn the 26th of December through the 4th of January. We had the beautiful Flamingo Suite and access to a roof patio for viewing the marvelous sunsets each day. We were served breakfast in our suite every morning before a starting a day of diving, or relaxing on the beach which was directly in front of the inn. The restaurant was exceptional as well with great food and service. Grand Turk is a wonderful island and the Grand Turk Inn makes it even better! We will be back!
